As a warm-up exercise for the course, our class took part in the 7/7 Project—a creative challenge that involves performing a short artistic task for no more than 7 minutes each day over 7 consecutive days. The goal of the exercise is to let go of control and embrace spontaneity in the creative process. My chosen method for this exploration was fruit and vegetable paint stamping. After completing the daily sessions, we were then tasked with conceptualizing and developing a final design using our creations.
